SISE is conducting B.Ed (Science) course since last 24 years. The main objective of this course to provide effective training to pupil teacher, in content cum methodology of science ,so that they become an efficient in subject content as well as teaching techniques and strategies and also need of better science teachers can be fulfilled in the state. The main feature of this course which make it differ from other B.Ed courses conducted by other colleges is that ,in this course equal weighted will be given on subject content as well as its methodology.

Mode of selection

(Admission procedure)-50% seats are filled from Pre. B.Ed examination conducted by Professional examination Board and 50% seats are reserved for untrained teachers working in Govt schools. During the year 2006-07 all the 100 seats are reserved for untrained teachers working in Govt schools.

Academic session (Course duration )

Commonly commences from 1 July and extend up to 30 April of the following calendar year.
